Food! Food! Taiwanese Food!

Taiwanese food is delicious! Soup is one of my favorite foods and I get it with every meal here. Standard meal is either pork, beef, chicken or fish with some vegetables and, of course, rice!

There are a lot of street vendors, but there are also restaurants like the picture to the right. I'm slowly learning the names of the dishes and they are soooo delicious! There is a cafe on the corner of the road where our apartment building is. Jay and Kitty told the owners that Christina and I were coming so they are preparing an English menu for us. We went there yesterday afternoon and the owner's English is excellent. Great service and great food!

We started teaching classes today, and it was a lot of fun. The students are very well behaved compared those in the states. It will be a very good experience for me. I know it!
